Following are the reports which have been requested by the acquired for the first deal

• Billing amount details to the Borrowers during the calendar month;
• Actual collections from Borrowers towards this billed amount
• Aging analysis of over dues and of principal outstanding
• Details of all Loans closed during the month
• Prepayment listing for the month and amounts
• Details of the utilization of the Cash Collateral, in terms of the original Cash
• Collateral amount, utilization till date and the outstanding Cash Collateral amount
• Monthly cash flow schedule preparation
• Details of the amounts to be paid back to the Transferor as Transferor’s Interest Spread

2 Daily payments and income reconciliation for the deal and also the Monthly servicing fee reconciliation. MNYL Salary and Incentive processing

• Fortnightly salary processing of all FOS/ TME / MFP/ CMFP and RMFP employee of the Insurance business

• BRP/ DSA channel payout processing
