AR Caller/Senior AR Caller
Job Details:
- Good understanding in Accounts Receivable.
- Calling Insurance Companies to follow up on Claims filed, to expedite payment.
- Indepth knowledge in Eligibility verification
- Experience in Handling both patient and Insurance calling
- Checking the status of the claim with the insurance companies on be-half of the doctors.
- Handing of insurance claims Denials and Checking on claims status.
- Any Graduates with Minimum 6 months in the health care BPO Voice Support
- Flexible to work in Night Shifts
- Should have excellent communication skill
Good opportunity to choose your own hours of work within a rotating shift from 2:30 pm – 7 pm and 6:30 pm – 11 pm Monday to Friday.

Business Development Manager - US Healthcare Industry
Job Summary:
- Participate in strategic planning for future development and expansion of our projects.
- Identify new business and partnering opportunities.
- Obtain business information and procurement leads.
- Develop and populate database of potential hospitals, providers & clinics. This should include a network of contacts and development strategies for each respective source.
- Take the lead in proposal writing and prepare RFI/RFP.
- Track deadlines and timelines & track the status of proposals after submission.
- Follow up on the post-proposal debriefing meetings to discuss processes & all pertinent issues.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of successful in business development experience.
- Should have well connected network in the healthcare industry.
- Managerial experience in the ITES or healthcare services.
- Excellent skills in research, negotiation, and must have superior verbal and written communication skills in English.
- In-depth knowledge of Business Strategies.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
