About CEPT Ahmadabad

Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology – CEPT University in Ahmedabad is an educational institute that was established in the year 1962 by the Ahmedabad Education Society. In the year 1972, the institute realized the importance of architectural study in the society and set up the School of Planning and Technology. The school of planning was founded under the aegis of the Government of India, Government of Gujarat and Ford Foundation. Ever since its inception, the college is known for offering quality education in the field of architecture. It offers five years’ full-time course of B. Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) and two years’ full-time program of M. Arch (Master of Architecture).

  • Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara-390 002 – Sayajirao was born at Kavlana, 10th March 1863 as Shrimant Gopalrao Gaekwad, second son of Meherban ShrimantKashirao Bhikajirao [Dada Sahib] Gaekwad. He was selected by the British Government as successor to Maharaja Malharrao Gaekwad and was accordingly adopted by Maharani Jamna Bai, on 27th May 1875.
